Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Event Registrations:

• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking a service may be eligible for a full refund, provided that work has not yet commenced.

• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained.

For Digital Products or Software:

• Due to the nature of digital products,all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless a technical issue prevents proper usage.

• If a purchased product is found to be defective, customers must notify us within 7 days for assistance or replacement.

For Subscription Services:

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining duration of the subscription.

In case of service disruption or failure on our part, pro-rated refunds may be offered.

• pproved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

• Customers must provide valid proof of purchase to initiate a refund request.

• Custom services, personalized solutions, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

• In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, unforeseen technical failures), refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• EventifyTech reserves the right to modify or refuse refund requests at its sole discretion.
